Could all attendees arrive via Green Lane entrance and exit at the Greyhound stadium.
The clear round starts at 5pm prompt.
All riders that are hiring a horse should aim to be on the yard at 4pm to groom and tack up. Standard horse wear essential, show wear at your own discretion. You will need 15 mins to warm up in the indoor arena before your round, there will be staff on site to manage this for you.
The course will be up from mid day,you can walk the course on arrival.
Running order of horses will be available from Reception and will be displayed on the yard.
There will be stewards to direct you to parking.
